Starting at...

  • Masks. For your protection and mine I strongly recommend you wear a mask to your appointment. I will be masked at all times during services. Keep in mind- if you are getting a color service the mask will more than likely get color on it, so chose a disposable option or something black colored, around the ear (head tied cannot be worn). I have a limited supply of disposable masks, please try to bring your own if possible. 

  • I will ask that clients wash their hands upon entering the salon. Gloves: It is not a recommendation to wear gloves. When gloves are worn for infection control purposes, they must be changed with each service and after each surface touched and that volume alone would be difficult to manage. Gloves worn all day, become more troublesome than no gloves at all. If you so wear gloves, they will have to be changed when entering the studio. 

  • DO NOT COME IN IF YOU ARE SICK. This one should be pretty obvious. If you or someone in your home is sick or displayed symptoms of Covid19 in the past 14 days please do not leave your home. I will be waiving my 24 hour cancellation policy during this time, but please give as much notice as possible so I can fill that spot and accommodate other clients. The no-show policy is still in effect. Arriving to your appointment while sick or displaying ANY symptoms of illness will result in a stopping of the service, and payment for appointment in full will still be due. 

  • Please wait in your car until the previous appointment has completely finished and I have had time to disinfect the entire salon. Text me when you have arrived and I will let you know when I am ready for you. Please be patient if this causes a run over into your appointment. 

  • Do not bring anyone with you who does not have an appointment, with exception of parents accompanying minors. Please leave children, spouses and friends at home. The social distancing requirements makes it impossible to allow additional people in my studio. 

  • Try to avoid touching retail products while in the studio, until you have committed to a purchase. I will handle & disinfect all products for you.

Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancelations make it next to impossible to fill that appointment time. For that reason, there is a strict cancelation policy at Luxe Hair Lounge.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling appointments (even more notice is preferred!). Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in a 25% of service(s) charge, added automatically to the card on file, or due before a future appointment can be scheduled.

No-Show Policy

Failing to come in for an appointment, or cancelling an appointment within 1 hour of appointment, makes it impossible to fill that time, and unfair to any waitlisted guests. For that reason, there is a strict no-show policy at Luxe Hair Lounge.

Any appointment that falls into the no-show category, will be charged 100% of service(s) value, this is also added automatically to the card on file, or due in full by other payment method. No future appointments will be given if there is more than 1 no-show on file for any client.

Adjustment & Refund Policy

Luxe Hair Lounge strives to ensure every client leaves 100% happy. If you are ever unhappy with your service, please reach out within 7 days of the date of service to have anything adjusted. We are happy to adjust anything you feel is not right!

After the 7 day period, it will be considered maintenance and charged a fee of up to 100% of services to be rendered, so please do not hesitate to ask. 

Adjustment services, or "re-do's", are for services where the outcome did not meet your expectations.

For instance- a slight tweaking of tones, lightness, darkness, length, layers etc

 A color/cut/style that DID meet your expectations, but end up being something that you no longer like, will not be considered an adjustment, and services provided may be a charge.

Unfortunately, Luxe Hair Lounge is unable to issue refunds for any services, deposits or products. 

Some exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of Luxe Hair Lounge. Please contact us directly to discuss options.

By scheduling any appointment at Luxe Hair Lounge, you are agreeing to abide by these policies, and allowing any fees to be added to the card you reserve your appointment with automatically. Furthermore, these fees are non-refundable, and policies will be enforced at our discretion.
